Write to info@zdev.studio. A human answers, usually within a day. Include the room code if the problem happened during a night.

Setting up a night

• On the TV: open Bragzi TV on an Apple TV, or open tv.bragzi.fun in the browser of any smart TV or a laptop plugged into one. The TV shows a six-letter room code.
• On every phone: open the Bragzi app, sign in with Apple or tap "play as guest", type the code. The first phone in becomes the host.
• Avatars: each player can take a selfie (or skip it), then friends pick three traits for them. The caricature appears on the TV. One redo per night.
• The host names the two teams, makes optional pairs, chooses and orders the games, and can switch on tame mode to hide adult content.
• Nothing moves on until the host taps Next or everyone taps Ready. The host can pause at any time.

Common fixes

• "Room not found": codes expire when the TV ends the night or after 12 hours. Check the code on the TV; letters that look alike are never used.
• Avatar failed: tap retry, or skip. Avatars need a clear, well-lit face. A failed avatar never blocks the game.
• Phone lost connection: reopen the app. It remembers your room and puts you back in your seat.
• Host left: any phone can be made host from the TV: select the Settings button at the top of the TV screen and pick a new host.
• No sound on the browser TV: press any key on the remote once. Browsers wait for a button press before playing audio.

Reporting a player or an avatar

In the lobby on your phone, tap a player's card and choose "Report" at the bottom. You can report the avatar or block the player. Someone you block cannot join a room you are in. Reports reach us and we act on them.

Deleting your account

Open Settings in the app and tap Delete my account. Everything attached to you is removed immediately. You can also email us and we will do it for you.
